By accessing Xitem.pk, creating an account, publishing a listing, using a showroom profile, submitting an inquiry, requesting a service, purchasing a subscription, or using a paid platform feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Xitem.pk

Xitem.pk is a vehicle-listing and showroom-management software platform. It provides digital tools that allow account holders to publish and manage vehicle listings, maintain showroom profiles, receive inquiries, access listing visibility tools, use promotional features, and subscribe to software-based platform services.

Xitem.pk is not a vehicle payment processor, escrow provider, finance provider, or intermediary for private arrangements between visitors and listing owners.

2. Platform Accounts

Certain Xitem.pk features require an account. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

You agree to:

• ✓Keep your password and login details confidential
• ✓Use the platform lawfully and responsibly
• ✓Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

3. Listings and Published Content

Listing owners may publish vehicle-related content through Xitem.pk. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and ownership of the information, images, descriptions, pricing, contact details, and other content that you submit.

By publishing content, you confirm that:

• ✓You have authority to publish the listing and uploaded media
• ✓Your listing information and contact details are accurate
• ✓Your content is not illegal, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, duplicate, or infringing
• ✓You will update or remove information that is no longer accurate or available

Xitem.pk may review, edit, hide, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms, platform policies, applicable law, or reasonable quality and safety standards.

4. Showroom Accounts and Software Tools

Showroom accounts may receive access to digital features depending on their selected plan, including profile tools, listing-management tools, media uploads, inquiry tools, reviews, listing visibility options, analytics, website features, and other available software tools.

Account holders remain responsible for keeping business details, profile content, listing data, media, contact information, and public-facing material accurate and up to date.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Platform Services

Xitem.pk may offer free and paid subscription plans, promotional placements, listing visibility tools, AI-assisted tools, showroom features, and other digital platform services.

Paid plan features, usage limits, pricing, billing intervals, trial terms, and available tools are shown on the relevant pricing, checkout, or account pages. Features may vary by plan and may be changed, improved, replaced, restricted, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

Payments processed through Paddle are used only for Xitem.pk subscriptions and paid digital platform services. Paddle may apply its own billing, tax, payment, and privacy terms. Xitem.pk does not store complete card details on its own servers.

Paddle payments are used only for Xitem.pk software subscriptions and paid platform services. Xitem.pk does not collect, process, hold, split, escrow, guarantee, or refund payments for vehicle purchases, negotiations, ownership transfers, deposits, or private arrangements between third parties.

If a subscription expires, is cancelled, is not renewed, or a payment fails, applicable premium features may be restricted or removed. Where available, the account may continue with the feature limits of a free plan.

6. Promotional and Listing Visibility Features

Xitem.pk may offer paid promotional placements and listing visibility features for eligible listings. These digital services may be time-based and become active after successful payment confirmation.

Promotional services improve visibility within the Xitem.pk platform only. They do not guarantee inquiries, responses, leads, listing performance, or any particular business outcome.

7. Inquiry and Independent Communication

Xitem.pk may provide contact and inquiry tools that enable visitors to communicate directly with listing owners or showroom accounts. Any communication, negotiation, inspection discussion, verification, documentation, ownership-transfer discussion, or private arrangement is handled independently by the involved parties.

Xitem.pk does not verify every listing, account holder, communication, vehicle condition, ownership document, representation, or private arrangement. You should independently verify relevant information before making decisions outside the platform.

8. Inspection and Service Requests

Where inspection or other related platform services are available, a request may require vehicle details, location, contact information, and scheduling preferences.

A submitted request does not guarantee availability, timing, pricing, confirmation, or completion until Xitem.pk or an authorized representative confirms the service details.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Xitem.pk to:

• ✓Publish false, stolen, illegal, duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent content
• ✓Use another person’s identity, business details, images, or intellectual property without permission
• ✓Harass, abuse, threaten, deceive, or spam other users
• ✓Misuse inquiry forms, reviews, promotions, AI tools, or other platform features
• ✓Attempt to damage, overload, hack, scrape, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to Xitem.pk
• ✓Use the platform for unlawful activity or in a way that harms Xitem.pk, its users, or its services

10. Content Licence

By uploading text, images, logos, banners, videos, gallery media, or other content, you grant Xitem.pk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the platform and its services.

You retain ownership of your content, subject to the licence above. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload and publish the content.

11. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings, where available, should be honest, relevant, respectful, and based on genuine experience. Xitem.pk may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, misleading, spam-related, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Suspension and Termination

Xitem.pk may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate an account, listing, promotion, or feature access where there is a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, payment issue, security concern, false information, abuse, or risk to the platform or other users.

Xitem.pk provides software tools, listing-management features, showroom-management tools, and related digital services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, quality, condition, ownership, description, pricing, or suitability of content published by account holders.

You use information available through Xitem.pk at your own discretion and should independently verify details before entering into any private arrangement outside the platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xitem.pk and Cyphersol Technologies (Private) Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, commercial, or reputational losses arising from use of the platform, third-party content, private communications, incorrect listing information, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or arrangements made independently by users.

Xitem.pk may use third-party services such as cloud hosting, storage, maps, analytics, email, messaging, payment processing, and security providers. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Xitem.pk is not responsible for third-party service availability, actions, policies, or failures.
