By accessing or using Xitem.pk, creating an account, submitting a listing, contacting a seller or vendor, booking an inspection, purchasing a promotion, or subscribing to a vendor plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Xitem.pk

Xitem.pk is an online vehicle marketplace where users can browse cars and bikes, contact sellers and vendors/showrooms, view vehicle listings, submit inspection requests, and access other vehicle-related services.

Xitem.pk provides a platform to connect buyers, sellers, and vendors/showrooms. We are not the owner of vehicles listed by sellers or vendors unless clearly stated.

2. User Accounts

Users, sellers, and vendors may need to create an account to access certain features of the platform.

You are responsible for:

• ✓Providing accurate and updated information
• ✓Keeping your login details secure
• ✓All activities performed through your account
• ✓Not using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activity

Xitem.pk may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

3. Sellers and Vehicle Listings

Sellers may add cars or bikes for sale through their dashboard. By submitting a listing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to sell or advertise the vehicle.

By adding a listing, you agree that:

• ✓The vehicle details, price, images, and contact information are correct
• ✓You have permission to use the uploaded images and content
• ✓The listing does not contain false, illegal, harmful, or misleading information
• ✓You will update or remove the listing if the vehicle is sold or no longer available

Xitem.pk may review, edit, hide, reject, or remove any listing if it violates our rules or appears suspicious.

4. Vendors and Showrooms

Vendors and showrooms may create business profiles, add vehicles, upload logos, banners, gallery images, manage reviews, receive inquiries, and use dashboard features depending on their account type and plan.

Vendors are responsible for keeping their business information, vehicle listings, contact details, showroom profile, and uploaded media accurate and updated.

Xitem.pk may activate, deactivate, verify, feature, or restrict vendor accounts according to platform policies, subscription status, and admin review.

5. Vendor Plans and Subscriptions

Vendors may use free or paid plans. Paid subscriptions may provide access to premium features such as higher listing limits, badges, advanced showroom visibility, premium profile options, analytics, custom domain support, or other tools.

Subscription payments may be processed through Paddle or another supported payment provider. Paddle may apply its own payment terms, billing rules, taxes, and privacy policy.

Xitem.pk does not store full card details on its servers.

If a subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, premium features may be restricted, downgraded, or disabled. Vendor accounts may continue on a free/basic plan where applicable.

6. Sponsored Promotions and Paid Ads

Sellers and vendors may purchase sponsored promotions or featured placements for eligible active listings.

Sponsored promotions are usually time-based and depend on selected placement, duration, and successful payment confirmation. A promotion becomes active only after payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

Xitem.pk does not guarantee sales, calls, messages, leads, or vehicle purchases through sponsored promotions or paid ads.

7. Inspection Requests

Users may submit vehicle inspection requests through Xitem.pk. Inspection requests may include user contact information, location, vehicle details, and preferred inspection information.

Submitting an inspection request does not guarantee immediate availability, fixed pricing, or service completion unless confirmed by Xitem.pk or its authorized representative.

8. Buyer and Seller Communication

Buyers may contact sellers or vendors using the available contact options on Xitem.pk.

Users are responsible for verifying vehicle condition, ownership documents, transfer details, payment terms, and seller/vendor credibility before making any purchase decision.

Xitem.pk is not responsible for disputes, fraud, payment issues, false claims, or vehicle condition problems between buyers, sellers, and vendors unless clearly stated in writing.

9. Payments Between Buyers and Sellers

Vehicle purchase payments, token money, transfer charges, delivery charges, or any other transaction between buyer and seller/vendor are handled directly between those parties.

Xitem.pk does not hold, process, guarantee, or verify vehicle purchase payments unless a specific official payment service is clearly provided on the platform.

Users should be careful before sending money to any person or business.

10. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Xitem.pk to:

• ✓Post fake, misleading, stolen, illegal, or duplicate listings
• ✓Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights
• ✓Use a false identity or impersonate another person or business
• ✓Misuse contact forms, inquiry forms, or messaging features
• ✓Attempt to hack, damage, overload, or disrupt the website
• ✓Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data without permission
• ✓Harass, abuse, threaten, or mislead other users

Violation may result in listing removal, account suspension, restriction, or legal action.

11. Content and Media

By uploading vehicle images, logos, banners, gallery photos, text, or other content, you allow Xitem.pk to display that content on the platform for marketplace, listing, promotional, and business profile purposes.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the uploaded content. Xitem.pk may remove content that is inappropriate, misleading, illegal, low-quality, or against platform policies.

12. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews or ratings where available. Reviews should be honest, relevant, and respectful.

Xitem.pk may remove fake, abusive, spam, misleading, or inappropriate reviews. Xitem.pk does not guarantee that all reviews are verified unless clearly marked.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

Xitem.pk may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or delete any user, seller, or vendor account if:

• ✓The account violates these Terms
• ✓The account is involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity
• ✓Payment or subscription issues occur
• ✓False or misleading information is provided
• ✓The account harms the platform, users, or business reputation

14. Disclaimer

Xitem.pk provides a marketplace platform and related services. We do not guarantee the accuracy of every listing, vehicle condition, ownership, documentation, seller behavior, buyer behavior, vehicle availability, or successful sale/purchase.

Users should verify all vehicle and transaction details independently before making any decision.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Xitem.pk will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, financial, or business loss caused by use of the platform, incorrect listing information, buyer/seller/vendor disputes, third-party failures, unauthorized account access, or vehicle condition/ownership problems.

16. Third-Party Services

Xitem.pk may use third-party services such as hosting providers, cloud storage, email services, analytics tools, payment processors, maps, or notification services.

These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Xitem.pk is not responsible for third-party service policies, actions, or failures.

17. Changes to Terms

Xitem.pk may update these Terms and Conditions when needed. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the latest update date.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
