Welcome to Xitem.pk, a product operated by Cyphersol Technologies (Private) Limited. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, billing issues, subscriptions, promotions, and other paid Xitem.pk platform services are handled.

Xitem.pk provides vehicle-listing and showroom-management software tools. Paid services may include subscriptions, listing visibility features, promotional placements, AI-assisted tools, showroom features, and applicable service requests.

Payments processed through Paddle are used only for Xitem.pk subscriptions and paid digital platform services. Xitem.pk does not collect, process, hold, split, escrow, guarantee, or refund money for vehicle purchases, negotiations, ownership transfers, deposits, or private arrangements between third parties.

1. Scope of This Refund Policy

This policy applies only to payments made through an official Xitem.pk payment flow for subscriptions, digital software features, promotional services, listing visibility tools, and other paid Xitem.pk services.

Visitors and listing owners may communicate independently through available contact options. Any vehicle viewing, negotiation, inspection discussion, documentation, ownership-transfer discussion, or private arrangement is handled directly by the parties involved and outside the Xitem.pk payment flow.

2. Subscriptions and Paid Platform Services

Xitem.pk may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may provide access to additional software features, listing limits, profile tools, showroom features, promotional access, AI tools, analytics, custom website tools, or other digital services.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the paid billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where there is a verified billing or technical issue.

Xitem.pk does not store complete card details on its own servers. Payment processing is handled by Paddle or another supported payment provider under that provider’s applicable terms.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered where there is a verified issue such as:

  • A duplicate payment for the same subscription or paid platform service
  • An incorrect billing amount caused by a verified technical or payment-processing issue
  • A payment collected after confirmed cancellation because of a verified system error
  • A paid Xitem.pk feature remained unavailable for a significant period because of a verified platform-side technical issue
  • A paid promotional placement could not be activated or delivered because of a verified Xitem.pk technical issue

Every refund request is reviewed individually. We may request transaction references, invoices, screenshots, account details, or other relevant information before reaching a decision.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Account holders may cancel a subscription through available billing or account settings. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically provide a refund for the current paid billing period.

Unless otherwise stated, paid features may remain available until the end of the current billing period. When a subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, access may be restricted to the applicable free or lower-tier plan.

Saved listings, showroom information, website content, media, and other account data are not normally deleted solely because a paid subscription ends.

5. Free Trials

Xitem.pk may offer free trials for selected plans. Trial duration, access, eligibility, and included features may vary by plan or promotional offer.

A free trial does not create a refund entitlement where no payment has been collected. After a trial ends, the account may continue on an available free plan or require a paid subscription to continue using selected premium tools.

6. Promotional and Listing Visibility Services

Xitem.pk may offer paid promotional placements, featured listing placements, homepage visibility, category visibility, boosted placement, or other listing visibility tools.

These services are usually time-based. Once a promotion is successfully activated, the related payment is generally non-refundable because the digital visibility service has started.

A refund or account credit may be considered where:

  • The same promotional service was charged more than once by mistake
  • The promotion did not activate because of a verified Xitem.pk issue
  • The purchased placement could not be delivered because of a confirmed platform-side error
  • Xitem.pk ends an active paid promotion without a valid policy or technical reason

7. Situations Usually Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • A subscription, promotion, or paid tool was not used after purchase
  • The account holder forgot to cancel before a renewal date
  • The account holder no longer needs the service or feature
  • There were fewer views, inquiries, responses, leads, or business results than expected
  • A published listing was edited, paused, removed, hidden, expired, or made unavailable during an active promotion
  • An account, listing, or promotion was restricted because it breached Xitem.pk policies
  • The request is connected to fraud, payment abuse, misleading activity, or unjustified chargeback activity

8. Inspection and Related Service Requests

Where Xitem.pk offers a paid inspection or related service request, the relevant fees, availability, cancellation conditions, rescheduling options, and refund eligibility will be shown during the applicable booking or payment flow.

Where a confirmed service cannot be delivered because of a verified Xitem.pk-side issue, we may offer a reschedule, account credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds may not be available where incorrect details are provided, the item is unavailable, scheduling attempts receive no response, access is not possible, or a request is cancelled after service arrangements have already been made.

9. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact Xitem.pk support as soon as possible after identifying the billing or service issue.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address or phone number
  • Payment date and amount
  • Invoice number, transaction ID, or payment reference
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Relevant screenshots or supporting evidence, where available

10. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible.

Processing time may depend on Paddle, the payment gateway, your bank, card issuer, payment provider, currency conversion process, or applicable payment network. Xitem.pk cannot guarantee the exact time required by third parties to complete a refund.

Where permitted by applicable law, third-party charges, currency conversion charges, taxes, or payment-network fees may not be refundable.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before submitting a chargeback, bank dispute, or payment complaint, please contact Xitem.pk support so the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

Where a payment dispute is raised, Xitem.pk may temporarily restrict related subscription access, paid features, promotions, or account functions while the matter is investigated.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions, service suspension, listing removal, or permanent account termination.

12. Changes to This Refund Policy

Xitem.pk may update this Refund Policy when our services, payment processes, legal obligations, or business practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
