3. Vehicle Listings and Public Information

When sellers or vendors add vehicle listings, some information may be displayed publicly on Xitem.pk, including vehicle title, price, images, city, seller/vendor name, contact options, and related listing details.

Vendor and showroom profiles may also publicly display business name, logo, banner, address, working hours, social media links, gallery images, reviews, available vehicles, and contact information depending on the vendor’s plan and settings.

Please do not upload or submit information that you do not want to be publicly visible.

4. Vendor Subscriptions

Vendors may subscribe to paid plans to access premium Xitem features such as advanced showroom visibility, badges, listing limits, custom features, promotions, and other premium tools.

Subscription payments may be processed through Paddle or another supported payment provider. Paddle may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

Xitem.pk does not store full card details on its servers.

5. Sponsored Promotions and Paid Ads

Sellers and vendors may purchase sponsored promotions or featured placements for their active listings. These payments may be processed through Paddle or another supported payment provider.

We may store payment status, promotion duration, listing ID, transaction reference, and promotion history for order tracking, activation, support, and accounting purposes.

6. Inspection Requests

Users may submit car inspection requests through Xitem.pk. We may collect details such as name, phone number, email, location, vehicle make, model, version, and other inspection-related information.
