When an account holder publishes a listing or showroom profile through Xitem.pk, selected information may be visible publicly. This can include vehicle titles, prices, images, specifications, city, business name, contact options, showroom profile details, working hours, social links, reviews, and other information chosen for publication.

Account holders are responsible for deciding which information they publish. Please do not upload confidential, personal, or sensitive information that you do not wish to make publicly available.

4. Subscriptions, Promotions, and Paid Platform Services

Xitem.pk may offer paid software subscriptions, showroom tools, listing limits, visibility features, promotional placements, AI-assisted tools, and other digital platform services.

We may retain subscription status, selected plan, feature access, billing status, payment references, promotion history, and service usage data for activation, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and compliance.

Payments for Xitem.pk subscriptions and paid digital platform services may be processed through Paddle or another supported payment provider. Payment providers process payment data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Xitem.pk does not store complete card details on its own servers. Paddle payments are used only for Xitem.pk software subscriptions and paid platform services.

5. Service and Inspection Requests

Where inspection or related platform services are available, we may collect contact details, location, vehicle details, and requested-service information to manage the request, communicate with the requester, and provide related support.

We do not sell personal information.
